Once you have short listed potential suppliers we will co ordinate all your appointments in agreement with your availability

and provide all meeting confirmation details

 

Once suppliers have been selected we will confirm all your requirements and assist you with contract and pricing negotiations

 

During the planning process we co ordinate the venue and suppliers and keep them informed of all arrangements on the day

 

Ongoing consultation and advice on wedding etiquette, styling and budget

 

Throughout the planning process we keep in close contact with our clients, we produce a wedding update report, which details suppliers, wedding checklist, budget and payments overview so each client has easy access to review all their wedding information

and current stage of planning

 

Pink & Bling Weddings creates a comprehensive on the day wedding schedule that manages the timing of events for your family,

wedding party and suppliers

 

On the day we will be there to coordinate all suppliers and ensure all wedding timings are on schedule so your celebration runs smoothly
